Rancho Tres Agaves Gorgeous private home On 5 acres, Your own piece of paradise! Relax next to the beautiful pool, spa and an outdoor kitchen area. Plenty of room for everyone. We have additional space for RV parking for an additional fee per stay per RV. We also have 1 electrical car charger on site.This property also has an attached Ranch. Beautiful stables, arena and children's playground to entertain. Great for special events with an additional cost. 2 night minimum stay for special events. Our property has a home feeling perfect for holiday get together's, family reunions, birthday celebrations, or just family time away from everything to relax. Guests have access to everything but the ranch area where stables and rodeo are located. We bored horses at the property. Caretakers do live in the mobile homes on site. You still have full privacy and will not be bothered. Caretakers will not interrupt any of your late night parties or activities. Feel free to enjoy your stay.

As part of your reservation, on certain rental cites you are protected by the Accidental Damage Policy that will cover minor accidents only if they are reported promptly.

Keys: One of our associates will meet you at the property to walk you through the home. Please text Christina when you are about to head out to give her an ETA. If you arrive at the property and no one is there, Gate code is 1091enter Please call or text us for lockbox location and code. The gate will automatically close after you enter.

Wi-Fi: Network name = ranch guest Password= freewifi If the Wi-Fi network seems not to be working, try unplugging the wireless router and plugging it back in after 30 seconds. It is located in the living room on the right side of the TV.

Parking: We have a 2 car garage parking and additional parking at rear of house

Occupancy: Per city regulations maximum day time capacity is limited to 30 people aged 3 or older including overnight guests. Overnight capacity limited to 20 people, however there are only beds for 16 (assuming all the Cal Kings, Queen, and full beds sleep 2 people) We also have 2 queen air mattresses. More than 30 people a day needs prior approval and an extra cleaning fee will be applied.

Respect the Neighbors: No Amplified music after 1am

Bedding: We provide extra blankets in every room for winter months and to cuddle out by the fire pit. Extra sheets and pillow for the sofa bed in the master closet.

Swimming Pool and Spa: If Tenant Chooses to pay for pool heating premises, the charge shall be $150 per stay for rental time periods of less than 28 days. The pool and spa will be heated to 80-86 degrees. (Pool heated only for winter months during summer pool can reach high 90 degrees) When spa is activated it will automatically heat to 100-104 degrees. Pool filter will be on every day from 8 am to 4 pm (when waterfall is on) if you want the spa on during this time just push the SPA ON

Pool and Spa Safety Rules

  • Spa maximum 8 maybe 10 with a few kids
  • Adults must accompany children's under 12 and anyone that cannot swim
  • Children that are not potty trained are not allowed in the pool or spa without appropriate swim diaper
  • Children can overheat quickly and should not be in the spa when temperature is above 100 degree
  • No running around the pool floor slippery when wet
  • Do not track water into house
  • Make sure all equipment is off when you are done with the spa
  • Do not touch chlorine dispenser
  • Do not use anything electrical around pool or spa
  • Do not put soap or any other kind of chemicals in the pool

A/C and Heating: The home has cooling/heating system. There is 3 thermostats. Located in the hall on the west side of house and 1 in the master. These thermostats control certain areas of the house. We keep the A/C in cool mode during the summer months between 75-78 degrees is usually a very comfortable temperature. Feel free to adjust this as you wish so that you and your group are comfortable, but PLEASE NOTE, during warm months do not adjust the air conditioning to cooler than 71 degrees! This could cause the condenser to freeze up as they need time to cycle when cooling, and it is generally never necessary to have the air conditioning set that cold. Also setting the temperature very low will NOT make the house cool off any faster! The thermostat is monitored remotely and will be reset to 71 if they are found to be below that temperature.

***When using the heating/cooling, please be aware of your usage and conserve when possible so resources are not wasted. Keep all sliding doors, doors and windows closed to keep the house cooler***

Fireplace: The fireplace in the living room is a wood burning fireplace. It will generate a lot of heat if use properly. We try to keep firewood on the side of the house for you stay.

TV Controls: The house has Direct TV Service with NFL Sunday Ticket. Master, living room and patio TV’s are on cable. The rest of the TV’s in the house are Smart TV’s and have a Roku device. With the Roku device you can watch movies and lots of live programs as well as on demand. Pay per view is available with certain apps. (You would need to purchase them, not part of your stay) Please keep all controls near its own TV. $20 fee will be charge for each missing control.

Paper Products: We do provide paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel for your convenience

Towels and Bathroom Products: We provide quality bath towels for your use inside the house. 14 bath towels and 6 hand towels are provided at the beginning of your stay. We will count them after your departure. Please do not use these towels for spills, to clean equipment, or your car. There should be some rags in the laundry room cabinets that are more suitable for cleanup if paper towels are insufficient. We provide 16 pool towels for outdoor use only. Please do not take bath towels outside. We will charge you $20 for each bath towel and $7 for each hand towel that is damage or missing

Kitchen: The kitchen should have all the utensils, pots, pans, crock pot, rice maker,blender, serving trays, baking trays and tools and cookware you need for cooking and grilling. If you see anything we are missing please let us know

Spices, etc.: We provide basic spices, salt, pepper, and sugar. We also provide foil and plastic wrap. We do leave in the pantry whatever is left behind, you are more than welcome to use whatever you find

Coffee Pot: There is a Keurig with espresso coffee machine provided with a variety of coffee pots, teas, cream and sugars for your enjoyment

Refrigerators: Do not adjust any cooling dials or temperatures on the fridge. If the refrigerator does not seems to be cooling call or text Christina. After loading the fridge with all your food, it may take a few hours to cool all the way back down to 34 degrees F. We ask you to be patient, bring a cooler with some ice if you want to rapidly chill drinks or other foods. We have an additional refrigerator and freezer in the garage for extra items.

Washer and Dryer: Are provided for you stay. Only use appliance for its intended use.

Backyard Lighting: We have many backyard lights. The rope lighting, pool and trees are on a automatic timer.

BBQ: The BBQ has a full outside kitchen, grill is propane, one small refrigerator, one sink, and ice chest

Fire Pit: Outdoor fire pit is natural gas. We keep a long neck lighter under the sink next to the BBQ grill with the key to the fire pit. Please remember to turn off when finish and return the key and lighter to the designated place.

Backyard Bluetooth Speakers- Turn on all speakers first individually then look for the Bluetooth setting solar stone multi for the speakers behind the pool. There is another speaker by the volleyball area look for Bluetooth setting solar stone

Trash: The trash gets collected every Tuesday. There are trash bins located at the exterior side of the house; maroon for garbage, gray for recycling (cardboard's, paper, milk plastic bottles, etc.. and green for green waste (please do not use the green waste trash can except for actual green waste) We also have an extra gray bin with a lid for recycle only, we appreciate if you can help us keep it separate from garbage, this bin is only for cans, plastic and wine and beer bottles. This will help us keep the trash bins from overloading. If your staying during a Wednesday please take them out to the street so they can be emptied by the trash company. Thank you

First Aid Kit: Is located in the hall closet by the master room.

Fire Extinguisher: Is located under the kitchen sink

Pets: Well behaved pets are allowed with prior approval. We charge $100 for pet fee

Check-out Procedure: You must check -out by the time specified in your agreement. We often have have back- to- back reservations and need the full time to set up the property for the next guests. Please follow these steps for CHECK-OUT

  • Call or text Christina 760-673-8863 to report any damage that may be claimed on the Accidental Damage Policy. Also report any issues you had at the property or with your stay.
  • Put all dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher running
  • Gather all the trash and put in the bins on the side of the house
  • Tidy up the house as appropriate. No need for any “cleaning” but if the house is left in a manner that requires more than our normal cleaning time you will be charge for an extra time require to clean
  • Make sure that pool and spa equipment is all turn off
  • Close and lock all windows. Close and lock all doors
  • Make sure no water is running, dripping, and leaking
  • Turn off all lights
  • Put all furniture back if it has been moved
  • Leave all controls on table or night stand from each TV. you will be charge $20 for each missing control
  • No need to make the beds, we take everything off after every guest. Leave used towels on the floor
  • Please collect all your belongings, we are not responsible for anything left behind.There will be a $25 fee if we need to mail anything

Beautiful Home1

We spent Thanksgiving at Tres Agaves and my family had a wonderful time! There were plenty of activities in the house while also being only a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. The little things of having an ample supply of toiletries really helps you feel at home. The team was an excellent host and very responsive to all our questions.

Great Family Vacation Place!

We spent a week at Cecilia’s place for our family vacation and had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed and we absolutely loved hanging by the amazing pool and enjoying the sun! Cecilia was helpful and quick to answer any messages. We would definitely stay here again!
